CNC MACHINING

This division performs mechanical machining of small and medium size batches. It is equipped with CNC turning and CNC milling

ASSEMBLING

This department consists of 4 assembling lines which perform assembling and final tests.

QUALITY CONTROL

Measure and check instruments are available for all departments. A coordinate measuring machine is also available.

PART AND PRODUCTION DEVELOPMENT

For new product development in accordance with macro specifications from customers and for drawing acquisition UNION is equipped with 2d and 3d CAD and CAM systems.

WAREHOUSE

Within the Carpi 3000 sq.m. plant, the warehouse takes up 400 sq.m. where raw materials and commercial components come from suppliers according to Materials Requirement Planning derived from both forecasts and customers orders before being picked up, according to work orders requirements.
The department also manages in and out-bound movements and relevant transports with both own and qualified logistic providers.
